Game Balls are a long-standing Fusion tradition meant to honor employees who go above and beyond, make an impact, and live out our core values of being humble, driven and positive. Everyone in the company has an opportunity to nominate one of their teammates, and those nominations are voted on by Fusion’s leadership team. A total of 30 Fusion team members were given a Game Ball at the quarter 3 town hall in October.

Power Squad Game Balls

In mid-September 2023, a cross-functional team launched a sales dashboard to help Fusion recruiters execute their jobs more efficiently and productively. It was the work of many to create a tool that benefits the sales team in three key ways: 1) KPIs in one place – recruiters now have one central dashboard to track the metrics that matter. 2) Dynamic data – the dashboard has real-time data that will help the sales team know exactly where they are concerning their personal goals and 3) Individualized dashboard – the dashboard metrics are tailored to the recruiter and reflect his or her progress and goals.
