Fusion Medical Staffing is searching for Healthcare Recruiters to join our Sales teams. As a recruiter, you will spend your day making connections with, and advocating on behalf of, your travelers. You will be the primary point of contact between Fusion and the travelers that work for you, reviewing resumes, submitting to open jobs in the market and recruiting the best candidates based upon the needs of the client.

- Attract, hire, and retain travelers

- Provide customer service to our travelers with ethics and integrity

Work Environment
This position operates as a local position and routinely uses standard office equipment.
Work environment defined:
Local - position has in-office requirements and would require employee to live in the local area
Hybrid - position has weekly in-office requirements but ability to work from home as well, would require employee to live in the local area
Remote - no in-office requirements, employee would not need to live in the local area

Position Type/Expected hours worked
This is a full-time position, and standard hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. CST (flexible start/end times with manager discretion, requiring 8 hours per day). Regular and punctual attendance is required
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma/GED and/or Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
2 years of full-time customer service, sales, and/or recruiting experience
Preferred Education and Experience
Relevant medical staffing industry experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Compensation
Pay: 45,000 - 250,000 USD
Base Salary: 45,000 USD
Commission based on sales
Profit Sharing (up to 10% of base salary)
